Day 1. Level 1

Ma simt gras, gras si fara energie. Si ma doare in piept. Cam dependent de alcool, cam depresiv.
Hai sa incep marea schimbare.
Challengeul pentru azi va fi sa ma duc sa alerg cand ajung acasa.


Va trebui in fiecare seara sa raportez daca am reusit sa fac challengeul.
Decizie in viata voi lua cand voi ajunge la step 100. De fiecare date cand nu reusesc ce-mi propun intr-o zi scad 1 treapta.

Monday

For today, the main challenges are following:
  • Not eating in the evening
  • Cut the hair
  • Strictly no alc
Both have to be met to be able to do a deicision this weekend about going to the EIF

Day 2 - Christmas Party



This night was horrible. I woke up at 2 am and could go to bed back only at about 5. Needless to say, this morning I am like a zombie. These are the days that usually go wrong, and I need to counteract them in all force. Motto of today is to keep being busy, keep being active and go for a run in the evening if the leg is allowing this. Also as it is Christmas Party day, my resolution to refrain from alcohol will be challenged
  • No alcohol
  • Go for a jog if tendonitis allows
  • No bread, sweats and Cola Light
  • Don't be shy at the party, be friendly
  • If still possible, cut hair
Challenge for today:  Go for a jog no matter what.

Day 1 - Zukunftstag

David is accompanying me today to SIX. As it is my first day on the new path on selfimprovement, I have to pay particular attention of overcoming old thinking patterns

For today:

  1. Grünbichler
  2. Read book
  3. No alcohol
  4. No ColaLight
  5. Meditate 10 minutes in the evening
  6. Sport - Walk/Run for at least 2 km
Daily Challenge: Take David to the Rolotec Meeting and don't be shy.


Result
All in all a good first day. I managed to complete all the points. However, I feel a tension and a surging unsureness that is not good and I will need to counteract with the most seriousness.


Managed to run to the horses, this was around 4 km. On the other hand I was so tight that  I could only meditate for 6 minutes.
Finished the book and didn't watch TV, which is a super bonus point

Introduction

After struggling to improve myself, and falling back all the time, yet another attempt to do it.
This time I hope it will be for real, and I will improve.

  • Able to sustain myself from trading
I give myself until end of 2017 to get there.
I will post a detailed log of my journey, with achievements, and transformational pictures. Every log has a result section with thoughts about how it went

  • No bread
  • Read a book
  • Finish the TMS problem
