I've managed a morning run, not very fast, at 5.3km. Hope my leg is holding up, then I'll continue with the morning run also tomorrow.
Meditation not working so well as atmosphere in house again shitty. Will seek to find a corner over lunchtime, and then go in my retread in the evening closing the door by key

Day 4 - Meditation with family
Until now it was easy as could concentrate on myself alone.
The real challenge will be to include the family in my practice. Therefore I'll wake up at 06 and meditate for 30 minutes before they wake up. In the evening I'll meditate right before bed.
