First day of my new life
Decision clear. Will resign after taking citizenship and move back home.
Now all my will power should be directed in enabling myself to get a job there, to keep Grünbichler and to be strong.
For today:
3 main approaches to tackle the Achilles pain
1. Get Serious on weight loss. Skip dinner until below 100. Daily weighing
2. Daily exercises of at least 30 minutes
3. Schedule acupuncture sessions - Tomorrow
2 times 30 minute walk with 2-3 times 1 minute run. Then call him
12:52 Back from 1 hour walk. Resisted urge to go for a durum and beak the fast. Each time you resist makes you stronger.

My first big success
The 3 day fast was for me my first big success to overcome my weaknesses.

Wednesdy with the Doctor
Had a bad night, was too hungry too sleep. Medecine pills didn't help much
Woke up at 6:30 and went for a check-up.
Scale really depressing, shows around 112kg. This has to go down in the first H1 to under 100
Blood pressure mega ok: 120 / 70
Not hungry at all, seem a little bit of repulsion to eat.
Anyway, I will break the fast today for lunch, 3 days is enough.

Energetic Tuesday
Ma simt fantastic, m-am trezit cu extreme de multa energie si fara nici o senzatie de foame.
Nu va fi nici o problema sa resist azi.
Incep sa intuiesc ca adevarata cale spre a reduce insulina din corp este modificarea stilului de viata din mancare zilnica intr-o altenanta de un numar de zile de post negru pe saptamana.
Voi incerca urmatorul plan: Nemancat nimic de duminica dupa-masa pana miercuri la pranz, in rest normal. Mancat normal in Romania. Sunt curios daca efectele sunt pe termen lung vizibile sau voi intra intr-un Jo-jo. Anyway am impresia ca face foarte bine corpului. Saptamana trecuta aprape ca s-a vindecat piciorul. Saptamana asta am extrem de multa energie a doua zi de post.
Ora 09:00(Ora 44) Plin de energie, nici o senzatie de foame. Era o tablet plina cu sandwichuri in foyer si m-a scarbit
Ora 12 (Ora 47): Sport 30 minute bike. Acum meeting. Nici o senzatie de foame. Parca sunt un om nou
Niciodata in viata mea n-am ajuns asa departe, personal best
Ora 14 - Intru in Townhall meeting. Spre norocul meu n-a fost mancare. In mijloc am simtit ca sunt dizzy, si o usoara durere de cap . Decis sa-mi iau o Cola Light
Ora 2045. Ma doare capul. Nu mi-e foame si mi-e si greata sa vad mancare. Dar capul nu ma mai lasa.

Fasting on Monday
E a doua saptamana in care in cerc sa petrec niste zile fara mancare
Sunt foarte foarte gras si imi propun sa schimb ceva. Sper ca prin zile fara mancare sa ma obisnuiesc sa o mai las moale seara
Ce e interesant e ca corpul nu imi cere de loc mancare, din contra, parca sunt mai energizat
Saptamana trecuta am avut niste zile de maxim oboseala, asta probabil din cauza medicamentului Remeron de somn prescris de Zvizdic. Nu a avut efectul sa ma faca sa dorm in timpul noptii ci in cursul zilei.
Tendonita inca nu a trecut 100%. Parca insa zilele acestea fara mancare au imbunatatit-o. Sau plimbarile lungi ce incerc sa le fac in afara SIXului.
In relatia cu Raluca lucrurile din pacate se strica pe zi ce trece. Nu sunt prea optimist in ceea ce ne prriveste. Cuvintele devin tot mai grele si nedrepte
