I've managed a morning run, not very fast, at 5.3km. Hope my leg is holding up, then I'll continue with the morning run also tomorrow.
Meditation not working so well as atmosphere in house again shitty. Will seek to find a corner over lunchtime, and then go in my retread in the evening closing the door by key
