Day 3

Yesterday I really found the strength to start studying. I have to continue, to regnite the fire of creation and IT geekness in me, as this has given me the most rewards to date

Today it's an ugly day. It rains, there were snow-showers. I'm sitting in the back of the room, my guys work or at least pretend to do. For today I think the challenge would be to focus

  1. Admin stuff
  2. No alcohol by myself
  3. No bread
  4. No sweets
  5. Sport

Day 2- Home Office

Yesterday was a good restart, I worked for Gbh, and didn't drink in the evening

Today I have to improve even more

Day 2 - Sport and don't eat after lunch

The challenge for the next 100 days will be to never ever eat after lunch (including alcohol) until I get under 95 kg. If I master this I will be able to master anything
The benefits are following:
->16-18 hours interval of daily fasting
->Getting rid of alcohol

The tasks for today
  1. Sport - 30 minutes on elliptical; followed by 15 minutes strength training
  2. No trading
  3. Read at least for an hour
  4. Lunch as latest food intake of the day

Day 1 - Respect all

1. I will wake up at 06:50 - DONE
2. I will meditate for 20 minutes - DONE
4. I will do sport - DONE
7. I will call Ina - DONE

OPEN
3. I will not watch the stocks the whole day (unless I get a 80% warning)
5. I will work for Gbh
6. I will not eat more than 1000kcal

Day 3 - No Trading today


  • I will wake up at 06:30
  • I will go to the gym
  • I will finish design of worktables and have good progress on changetables
  • I will NOT trade and not watch the stocks. (Once at 12:00 and Once at 18:00 )
  • I will not eat sweats, Cola Light, bread and I will log food intake
  • I will not dring alcohol

Day 2 - Awakening, first day of work


  • I will wake up at 06:50
  • I will meditate for 20 minutes
  • I will refrain from alcohol, sweets, bread and I will log all food intake
  • I will go to the gym
  • I will design Gbh for at least 3 hours
  • I will analyse and trade according to a plan

Day 1 - 19.02.2017


  • I will wake up at 07:00
  • I will mediate for 20 minutes
  • I will jog for 30 minutes
  • I will refrain from alcohol
  • I will iron my shirts
  • I will call my dad


Woke up at 07:15. Meditated (kind of) for 20 minutes. Then did the ironing while listening to Youtube. Once done, I went for a jog. Foot starts hurting again.
Afternoon, went to the Italian for some Gnocchis, had good laughs and fun with the boys
Now sitting in the living room, silence, and reading
