Last weeks habit: Biking  - Done
Nect weeks habit: Smoking

For todays extras
  • No alcohol
  • Meditate in the evening
  • Fill at least one bag with trash 


Progress

14:00 No food for 2 hours. No cravings
15:00 No food for 3 hours. Ok for now. Have to practive equinimity if something arises
