First day of my new life

Decision clear. Will resign after taking citizenship and move back home.
Now all my will power should be directed in enabling myself to get a job there, to keep Grünbichler and to be strong.

For today:
  • No food and Cola Light
  • Read
  • Work Gbh
  • Active in meeting
  • Explain everythin at doctor/create report
  • Walk for one hour.
I was at a very good sports doctor.
3 main approaches to tackle the Achilles pain

1. Get Serious on weight loss. Skip dinner until below 100. Daily weighing
2. Daily exercises of at least 30 minutes
3. Schedule acupuncture sessions - Tomorrow
2 times 30 minute walk with 2-3 times 1 minute run. Then call him

12:52 Back from 1 hour walk. Resisted urge to go for a durum and beak the fast. Each time you resist makes you stronger.
